| Netlink and Governor Jennifer Granholm Dedicate New Madison Heights Global Headquarters |

| MADISON HEIGHTS, Mich. - Netlink, the industry’s leading IT and business process solutions provider, today formally dedicated Netlink’s new global headquarters in Madison Heights, Michigan with an official ribbon cutting by Governor Jennifer Granholm. The dramatic surge in demand for IT services and technology will position Netlink to more than triple its annual revenue to close to $200 million annually during the next three years, Dilip Dubey, Netlink Chief Executive Officer declared today. |

| “Michigan is the foundation for our continued global growth, and we will definitely need the best and brightest IT personnel to help us respond to the challenges of serving new markets throughout North America, Europe and Asia,” Dubey said. “During 2007, we have added more than 150 team members primarily in the Detroit area, Phoenix, Denver and Miami, and will add an additional 200 more next year.” |

| Dubey gave an upbeat report at the formal dedication of Netlink’s new global headquarters today in Madison Heights. Joining Dubey for the ceremonies were Governor Jennifer Granholm, Madison Heights Mayor Edward Swanson and Southfield Mayor Brenda Lawrence. |

| “I want to underscore the importance of the great support we continue to receive from our local, county and state leaders both in our tax abatement and in working with us on meeting our personnel needs,” Dubey said. “We know we made the right decision to place our global headquarters here and look forward to our joining into many community activities such as Motor City Bowl, which we are proud to be a part of this year.” |

| Dubey stressed that the growth of Netlink is due to its unique business approach of guaranteeing “immediate business results” for customers. Netlink is so confident they can improve a client’s bottom line, they will give a client a check for 20 percent of the company’s IT budget at the start of an engagement and then show added improvements through time up to another 20 percent. |
