•A quick Learner, with strong communication skills and having a focused approach to learning new process and procedures.
•Basic knowledge of IT Systems and their functioning in the corporate world.
•Strong inclination to understand and independently follow the set procedures.
•Maintaining IT documentation including network and user details.
•Responding to IT support requests over the phone, via email and in person.
•Ensuring correct use of applications, networks, and equipment.
•Performing other day to day monitoring and recording vital information on a regular basis for tracking purpose.
•Should be willing to work in Night Shifts, without having to be monitored.
•Knowledge of ITIL Process is good to have.
