The novel coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to have an impact on communities across the world. Our thoughts are with all those who have been affected by COVID-19. I also extend my gratitude to our employees & their families, customers and all our stakeholders for the incredible support in such challenging times.
In the face of this unfolding crisis, I want to share how we are addressing the current situation and the proactive steps we are taking to ensure the well-being of our employees, round-the-clock support to our customers and communities we live with.

Keeping our employees safe across the globe is our core priority as we continue to work side-by-side with our clients & develop solutions to the problems that may lie ahead. As an organization, we took preemptive measures such as restrictions on all travels, encouraging virtual meetings, providing remote-work solutions, and empowering our people with the right tools to be virtually effective while ensuring the integrity and safety of the customer data and information.
Creating an effective business continuity plan for our customers
We have implemented a business continuity plan to take care of every aspect of business and ensure continued support to our customers in the current situation. Our special task force team is in regular contact with local, state, and federal agencies to monitor the situation and ensure that we are deploying best practices in response to it. This team is also helping our internal teams with the assistance required related to the pandemic. We have also created a strong ecosystem of multiple locations, vendor partnerships to ensure the continuity of business to support the quarantine situation.
Supporting our Communities
We are working closely with the government, non-profit organizations and other institutional partners to support local communities. Netlink together with its employees is extending a helping hand to support government efforts, help local charities and assist local communities with a wide range of initiatives such as:
- Providing groceries to needy families through authorized local NGOs
- Reaching out to society via partnering with Red Cross Society
- Contributing to the Government Relief Fund
- Supporting Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) towards their social initiatives
- Employee volunteering activities
Using technology to track the impact of COVID-19
Leveraging the capabilities of our performance management technology platform – Lumenore, we have specially designed the COVID-19 Situation Tracker, which offers interactive dashboards for the global pandemic. The tracker helps to generate the latest statistics about the Coronavirus outbreak with datasets courtesy WHO, CDC, Johns Hopkins University and Worldometer.
