Netlink acquires Enterprise Touch
With over 20 years of experience in the software industry, I’ve spent most of my time in developing and implementing world class software products and solutions. My industry experience involves providing strategic direction to businesses, building strong global delivery teams, and ensuring strong strategic and operational execution. I believe in an open and customer-focused management style as this helps in achieving high standards and results. With a strong technical background in sales and marketing, I’m currently responsible for P&L, Global Digital operations , product strategy & execution, growth & expansion of Low-Code practice – in particular OutSystems.
I believe that no achievement comes easy. Through the years I’ve stayed focussed and given immense importance to time management. Netlink was born with an idea that was seeded in my mind—to create a platform that would generate enormous job opportunities for the youth. With this in mind, I grew the business from nothing to now 2000+ employees across 18+ locations worldwide. I’ve spent over 22 years in IT, building and leading globally distributed technology teams in the U.S., Australia, Europe and Asia. As a result, I used my global businesses and technology leadership skills to grow Netlink into a premier provider of information technology, business analytics, application management, and business process solutions.
My journey with Netlink has been great—innovating and creating some unique IT solutions. I’ve had the chance to utilize my 20 years of specialization experience in enterprise architecture, business analytics, IT service delivery management, systems integration, and product development at Netlink. I currently lead the solutions architecture division that develops cloud-based business analytics solutions, and IT solutions for Manufacturing and Services industries in addition to delivering SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS to help clients improve business results. Each day at Netlink drives us in the path of thought leadership, and a pursuit of innovation and enhanced automation.
In 1997, I commenced my Netlink journey. I’ve had the chance to play an instrumental role in business development. I’ve always had a passion for strategy, customer acquisition, executive searches, and diversity initiatives and I wear many hats in the business world. I’ve worked across several industries in my pursuit of enabling business excellence with technology solutions.
I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my 20+ years at Netlink where I’ve played many roles from the very inception. I had the chance to be a prime-mover in the early years when we were setting up the business in India—from a back office for Netlink USA to a thriving India Business . I’ve enjoyed driving the company’s global strengths towards developing an impressive customer base in India. During the course of this time, I’ve managed various large projects with group operations, heading teams as large as 2000 people, and developed a multi-disciplinary portfolio including corporate performance, operations, accounts, budgeting, audit, administration, and statutory compliance. Over the past few years I’ve focused on bringing digitization, managed services, e-Governance services, and telecom infra services into the company’s fold.
I joined Netlink nearly five years ago. I brought with me two decades of IT experience in general management & operations, software engineering, business development, entrepreneurship, and core technology related work areas. This enabled me to aid Netlink’s growth, meet performance goals, financial objectives, operational requirements, regulatory compliance, and security standards among other metrics.
As a finance leader at Netlink, I’m result-oriented and self-motivated. I manage the company’s finance function that includes planning and budgeting, treasury management, financial reporting & analytics, tax, audit, compliance, and investor relations management. I also oversee legal affairs, and collaborate with the globally diversified teams. My 7 years of experience includes handling marquee clients across Technology, Pharmaceuticals, Management Consultancy Services, and Financial Services.
I bring over 14 years of experience in technical sales and management in ITO, Business Intelligence & Analytics and Business Process Outsourcing. At the moment, I manage the North America sales and account management teams as well as some of Netlink’s largest client relationships, by mobilizing the right people, resources, and ideas into each engagement. My focus remains on achieving bottom line results while formulating and implementing advanced technology and business solutions to meet diverse needs.
I’ve held account management and sales roles at top IT companies in the past and this mixed bag has helped me scale up things at Netlink. I take care of enterprise software sales and solutions that cover everything from Software as a Service (SaaS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Partner Relationship Management (PRM), Marketing On Demand (MOD), Call Center Solutions (COD), Salesforce Automation (SFA), and Policy Automation to Master Data Management (MDM) at Netlink.
